covid-19 commitment

We hope you are safe, healthy, and in good spirits! As we all look forward to this new normal we want to share with you the changes we have implemented to ensure that your health and our community’s health is being protected.

During the past several months we have been optimizing our protocols to ensure your safety, including:
  • Pre-visit health screening of all staff and patients including temperature checks.
  • Full appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all staff and patients as needed.
  • Acrylic barriers at all exam microscopes.
  • Removal of non-essential but frequently touched item like magazines and coffee dispensers.
  • New, frequent, and through cleaning policies after every patient.
  • Protocols to ensure social distancing while in the office:
    • maximizing physical separation of all patients
    • optimizing patient appointment times

Important Steps For Your Appointment
  • We will call each patient prior to their appointment to provide a pre-visit health screening and instructions.
  • You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and wait in your car, please call the office once you arrive and the receptionist will instruct you on when to come in (we want to avoid extra patients in waiting areas and promote social distancing).
  • Family members will not be permitted in the office unless essential for the care of the patient.
  • Please wear a mask that fully covers your nose and mouth at all times even if you have been vaccinated.
  • The receptionist will measure your temperature once you come into the office.

Though there are many changes in the office, our commitment to your health and well-being is as strong as ever! We are excited to see all of our wonderful patients again and are looking forward to meeting all of your needs!

Sincerely,
The Clear View Eye Team
