Some plans we participate with include: VSP, EyeMed, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tufts, MassHealth Standard, and others.
We are able to work with many other plans as Open Access, please contact the office directly to learn more.

Please call us even if your insurance plan is not listed here, insurance companies often go by different names and affiliations, we may be able to check if you have other types of coverage available to you.
You will need to provide your insurance information at the time you call to schedule your appointment. This is done so that we have time to check your coverage before you come in. We check coverage as a courtesy to our patients, it is ultimately the patients responsibility to know your benefits and coverage.
Insurance coverage notice
As a courtesy to our patients we try to access and pull your insurance before every appointment. It is not always possible to pull every insurance and the information we are able to see is often limited. For the most accurate description of your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly before your services. All policies have exclusions and most have deductibles and copays. It is your responsibility to understand and know what these are. If you have questions regarding your insurance you must contact your insurance company. We are not responsible to do so.
- It is the patient's (or guardian/representative of the patient) responsibility to know your individual benefits and coverage details BEFORE you receive services.
- After we process your insurance claim, any remaining or returned balance is solely your responsibility.
- All balances must be paid within 30 days after your insurance processes your claim and you receive the bill.
- We cannot backdate your claim after you find out your benefits and have already paid upfront for services.
- All co-pays are due at the time of service.
- Please remember, your insurance is between you and your insurance company, not between the insurance company and our office.

We accept Cash, Personal Check, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Flex Spending Account (FSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA).
